New Daily User

  1. Hi all —

    Relatively new user here since legalization in Canada, but have morphed into a daily user over that time. Haven’t really strayed beyond one product (Penelope hybrid from Tweed). Started out not going above 10mg under any circumstances. Lately I can take 90mg, and while I shouldn’t be driving under that dose (and obviously don’t), it by no means sends me to the moon.

    Just hoping to have a conversation with more seasoned folks about things to try and knowledge to have. Cannabis has been a miracle drug for me so far — feeling more confident in my thought processes, decreases my anxiety, etc. Not necessarily in the game to “go to the moon”, but I’ve enjoyed my occasional trips there. What I love about it is the freedom it gives me to take on difficult thoughts, find some empathy, get the creative juices flowing.

    What works for others? How does one “deal with” a heavily increased tolerance? Anything I should be looking out for?

    Happy to be here, even if I never thought in a million years that I would be.

    One thing you really should do is start taking Omega 3! This explains why- Haven't been getting high I take 2 to 4 grams of Omega 3 every day and feel about half of my 74 years! :ladiegaga:

  3. Lecithin is the key your missing.
    It makes Cannabis much more Bioavailable. This cuts your tolerance to near zero. I take a 75mg Capsule every day and it punches my clock every single time.

  4. It may help to change your varieties, and methods. Consider one variety to "go to the moon" and another to chillax. Baring that, there's always the dreaded canna break to reset your tolerance, a day or two is usually enough for me.
