Here it is, all dimensions there, will there be any way to make it work, im thinking of having a shelf in the middle, top for flowering, bottom for vegin'? Any imput? anyhow, ill post up pick and sketches a lil later (when dad leaves) ok here is the quick paint sketch
yea that's all you need... I only see a couple things wrong with it, the height of each shelf should be bigger...10 Inches might be ok for the vegging shelf but you'll need more room for flowering. Also the width is only 8 inches? It has to be wider than that.
then this is one of the 35'' sides looking at it from side: here are the bubls that i wanna get, any imput? #1: 17 Watt 24" T8 Warm White Fluorescent Bulb Model 368084 Light output - 1325 Lumens Energy used - 17 Watts Life - 20000 hours Comfortable, pleasant light Shows colors accurately Sell Pack Description: Each Does Product Nest? That looks much better but for the fans you want the intake near the bottom and the exhaust at the top....and 17W per bulb is pretty low.
You only need one fan sucking out the fan will also suck new air in the other hole and any leaks so no smell will come out if you haev the vent going outside using flex duct tubes from a hardware store (dont ever ask for help at a store when collecting grow suplies unless you think of a coverup beforehand). For you shelf spacing i would recomend setting it up with a 14" tall top shelf for veg and 2 28" shelfs for flowering. you will have to use angle brackets and screws, not nails, to get the right spacing, they are at hardware stores. Have the plants in month groups so there would be clones (after your first grow) veging at the top then after a month. Then they go into the flowering area and a new group of clones is put into the veg area. The first group flower there for 2 months then you harvest the first group. There will always be 2 groups flowering and one in the veg shelf. Make shure that the veg light dosent leak ino the flowering box. Have 6 plants per month once and have 1 extra plant in the veg group in case if one dies or if there is a runt plant. Then just toss the extra/runt plant. and you mentioned DAD you better lock the door to this room or put a lock on the box if he wouldnt like what your doing. You can get kicked out of your house if he gets pissed off.
ok i painted my closet thingy white, ill post scrrenny tommorow, yes it has a lock on it, so i can lock it, and my parents wont snoop arund it, also heres what i dont get, can u explain this, im just hinkging of going w/o fans right now, but if i got wit fans, then whats this: "You only need one fan sucking out the fan will also suck new air in the other hole and any leaks so no smell will come out if you haev the vent going outside using flex duct tubes from a hardware store (dont ever ask for help at a store when collecting grow suplies unless you think of a coverup beforehand). " also, so 2 lights on each side for veggin (1') = 4 lights + back 2 lights = 6 lights + front 2 = 8 lights total so 8' fluorescent light, and then flowerting stages will only have 4? (one on each side?) hows that sound?
Your going to need a fan, otherwise you will turn your box into an oven unless if your keeping the door open. also your plants will grow better with good ventelation. Even thugh you may think floros arent hot if each one is giving off say .5 btu your geting ~1-2* of temp increase per hour with no fans relying only on convection to cool. I would put one fan in the top to suck all the air out. You dont need a push and pull fan as you drew. you said, "also, so 2 lights on each side for veggin (1') = 4 lights + back 2 lights = 6 lights + front 2 = 8 lights total so 8' fluorescent light, and then flowerting stages will only have 4? (one on each side?)" No do the exact opposite you want more lights for flowering to get more bud per plant. Have 4 tubes hanging on the top of the veg stage area. And hook them up on chains and a hook on the top so you can move the lights up as they grow by changing the link the hook is in. have the same on the top bulbs in the flowering stages.
