Never heard of the brand. What kind of perc is that? It looks like a circ or a down facing waffle or something. And have you ever tried turning your downstem 90 degrees so the slits are facing side to side instead of one facing downward? It might make it fire more efficiently..
possibly ice melted...but that level is a bit high, especially for the slits. interesting ashcatcher, sorta looks like what i could call a golf ball perc...disco ball perc...just stoned randblims tho.
