Hey, first time grower here. I have one plant that at the moment is in a 6 inch pot. I'm about 3 weeks into my grow and i just moved my plant inside and am using a compact flourescent light that uses 45 watts but is the same as 200 watts and outputs 2700 lumens (that should be enough for one plant right?), my question is how far should i have my light from my plant? I have it in a 2 sq. ft. box with foil (dull side out) lining the box. If someone could either help me out or point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.
well the light shouldn't put off much heat, so just keep it a few inches away so it doesn't burn the plant.
