New addition to my collection: Toro Froth w/ black accents

  1. Sup guys,

It has been a few month since my last post. Finally got some time on my hands to do a video of my new Toro Froth w/ black accents. My last piece was the Toro Circ to Circ, but I also wanted a smaller Toro piece for both bud & dabs. Toro recently came out with the Froth perc and saw this piece at my LHS. Thought this would be a great addition and match to my Circ to Circ.

With that said, I first use it for flowers and it did disappoint me a little bit. To me it hits a bit harsh for bud. It's probably because that it is a small piece with not much area to cool the smoke. For dabbing, it hits like a champ. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

  2. Nice piece! The black lipped toros look so much nicer then plain clear imo.

You could try a carbon filter when your smoking flowers to smooth the hit outta a bit.

The last pic of the milk shot is beautiful.

  3. i love my red lipped macro bubbler

Those black lips really add class to your piece. Nice pics/video as well.

I Wish the lip wraps would have been more common when I picked up my Froth last year.

Can't complain about the function through!

  6. Thanks guys appreciate the love. I'm definitely feeling Toro's black lipped pieces. I should be able to post up a dab video after this weekend.

  7. fucking so sick.

  8. Srry for stupid question. But what are u lighting it with? Is it more efficient than hemp wicks and shit?

It's a "glow rod" basically, a stick of glass in which you heat up the end red hot with a torch which will then combust your herbs. Yeah it's better than a hempwick in the fact that you are getting pure bud smoke in your lungs, but alot less convenient. Hope that helps:)

  10. I'm surprised those pieces don't come with male joints instead of female. There's so little diffusion and volume. I don't know why its sold as a flower piece. Looks like a perfect size oil rig tho.

  11. I am lighting it with a soldering iron called "Herb Iron". You are suppose to get more flavor this way. I use to have a Hakko, but I definitely like the herb iron more because it comes with a stand and power button. Also if you want to vape your bud, they do offer a glass adapter to do that. I use a lot of hemp wicks too. I normally just use which ever one I find first, but no butane.

I personally have not seen any Toro froth or micro circ with 14mm male adapters. I would prefer a male joint as well because all I use this piece for is dabbing.

Here's a dab video as well enjoy :)

"And these, I am excited about. I like a slightly larger concentrate rig myself, and I have been made aware that quite a few other people feel the same, so I asked Toro if they would make BFG a small run of Micros with male fittings, thereby making them a bit more versatile without an adapter making the dome sit up too high, and here they are. First time I have felt compelled to pull a piece out of stock for extensive testing in the top-secret BFG testing bunker for quite some time, I love these things..."

  13. ^those are beautiful. I know what im getting with my tax income return ;P

  14. ^Not a bad choice if you don't have a legit LHS to support/spend it at.

  15. How does BFG work if I may ask? I have an AC picked out on there I like

  16. E-mail as far as I know: bitfreak@bitfreakglass.com

I've never personally had dealings with him, but have heard patience is sometimes a necessity, as he has a physical location to run as well.

  17. Dont bother it takes months on end for a reply.

I emailed then 5 months later i got another piece from my lhs and got an email back asking if i was still interested.

    Fuk that

  18. Those DI Toros look really good, but not sure if I would wait 5 month for a reply though.
