Just finished building my new deck out on the front of my house. deck is 12x12. have the same size screened in porch on back finally added new deck on front! Was a bitch to build!! Regulations and codes up the yin yang!! But it looks great and we already had our first bbq out there!!!

THanks Bro! Indeed I did had to get the plans apporved by my home owner's association.. which took a little while.. then I began building wanted to have it done by the beginning of july... but.. just couldn't do it. finished up last week finished the landing and the hand rails all done now!
