I ordered a $98 package full of my favorite smoking devices. This purchase was made on January 17th, and I still have not received it. I used International Registered Mail, and do have the tracking number, but it says this: In Transit: We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece. I made sure that the payment went through, which it did, and I also double checked the shipping address, and it too was correct. I have contacted customer support 3 times, and they have only replied once, when I requested my tracking number. So anyone have some ideas?
