  1. Should I use on my 2 outdoor girls?
If so, what age & how often ?

  2. Do you have any insect problems? Or just worried about them?
I use neem with potassium oleate at 1ltr water to 10ml potassium oleate to 5ml neem oil at around 30 degrees Celsius to make sure the neem oil is melted and will emulsify with the oleate.
Spray every 5 6 days and stop after 2 weeks of flowering.
Stops a lot of bugs from being able to mess with your plants.
    Hope this helps.

  3. I lightly spray them once a week up to flowering if I don't have a pest problem. Once a day if I do.

  4. Neem can leave an ugly taste in your buds if used too close to harvest.

I prefer using insecticial soaps, and only when I notice that there is a problem. Insecticidal soaps are cheap and safe to use around kids and pets. Any runoff is changed into ferts by the soil bacteria. :D With small plants, I just make up a bucketful and dip the plants. With larger plants, I use a spray bottle, being sure to get the underside of the leaves. I repeat every 3 days if I have any bugs on my plants. Also, Dr Bronner's Peppermint soap smells WAY BETTER than neem and a small bottle is about $5!

  5. Heads up Granny azidectine the active stuff in Neem Oil is often added to insect type soaps check the label
like all chems once applied the correct way little problems can be expected...
on GC here we had them all, including applying neem oil roar, undiluted thick tar painted on ....lol

repeat after 2-3 days more so if in the sun as UV rips up the Neem, good for bugs and molds

    good luck

  6. That's why I DIY using Dr. Bronner's! The ingredients are listed on the label - Water, Organic Coconut Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Organic Palm Kernel Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Mentha Arvensis, Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Mentha Piperita, Citric Acid, Tocopherol.

Aside from the tocopherol (vitamin E being used as an antioxidant/preservative), there's nothing in it that my grandfather (a real master gardener) wouldn't have recognized and used, although he would likely have just bought solid Castile soap, and added water and maybe a drop of peppermint extract from Grandma's kitchen.

Dr Bronners, smells better, is cheap and safe to use and is available at the local health food store or Walmart.

Also, a theory that at least some of the cases of Cannabinoid Hyperemesis have been caused by using neem has been suggested.
