Hehe, don't spray it on the floor n such, what a mess you would have. What I do is take my neem, measure into warm shot glass, drop a couple drops of blue dawn dish soap and mix it. I then add that to water that is tepid, or slightly warmer than room temp. The water usually also has aloe juice or inner fillet mash as well.

    Recipe I use

    1 teaspoon neem oil
    1/2 teaspoon blue dawn
    1 gallon distilled water
Mix like hell just the neem and soap, once that is good and mixed, then add that to the 1 gallon of water, then decant to a spray bottle, shake like hell, even between squirts. Spray tops and bottoms of leaves like 5 mins before lights out. Some people do 24/0 lighting, in that case spray, then give them 6 hours dark, just for the treatment, won't hurt and resume 24/0.

    Good luck.
