Need to target build muscle (female)

Discussion in 'Fitness, Health & Nutrition' started by MacGyverGirl, Dec 29, 2012.

  1. Hi guys. I've got a party 1/25 and this KICK ASS dress I wear, but my butt isn't as full and round and big as it could be. If I could lose 2 inches in my waist and gain 2 (or more) on my butt. I would look amazing.

Can you suggest any good exercises for a girl to thin waist and/or get a fuller rounder bigger butt.

    Thanks ^___^

  2. As long as you dont crush a guy in bed youre fine the way you are

  3. Mmmm juicy booty <3

Whenever I think of booty, I imagine a Lion knawing on a big ol T-bone steak

Me being the lion and... Well you know :p

  4. Squats.

Do back squats and front squats with heavy weight

  5. Lol @420rowdyguy and @Sir Stoner

I'll try squats, but it's got bad lower back, knees, ankles, and feet so I'm not sure how wel it'll go. :/

  6. thats probably why youre ass isnt full. youre gonna have a shit ton of trouble with your goal if this is the case.

  7. I think we have to see a pic to be totally sure what were workin with here ;) lol

  8. then start with body weight squats, or maybe try holding a 5 or 10lb dumbbell in each hand and do a squat. make sure to squeeze your butt and your gut at the top of the lift. you wanna do what you can to be in the 8-10 rep range.

also your diet is gonna have to be pretty on point to do much of anything in a month. your goals are definitely atainable but its gonna take commitment on your part

  9. subbed. needa work on my arse too lol

  10. I'm thinking of doing blogilates "What Makes You Bootyful" video 2-3 times a day.

    Thoughts?

  11. There are many fruits and vegetables to get gain weight but i think banana have many calories and vitamins and this fruit is helpful for gain eight.

  12. Make sure you do a full squat, ass to ground. Don't do half ass squats. Start with lighter weights if you're not that flexible enough. Your flexibility will increase.

  13. start with goblet squats if not strong enough for back squats. gonna need to be lifting as heavy as possible while retaining good form. Should do weighted lunges as well. You will also need to eat sufficient calories and get plenty of rest. Don't squat/lunge everyday; your body needs rest and food to build muscle.

    Hope this helps.

  14. First-world problems...

  15. she wasn't complaining, just asking for help. don't be a dick.

  16. I simply said "First World Problems".

You added the rest. AND you called me a dick - if you want to split hairs about it.

  17. which is implying that shes complaining about said "first world problem" when she was merely asking for advice.

    i didn't call you a dick. I simply said "don't be a dick".

It's a joke. OP prolly even laughed about it. And here you are pmsing all over the place!

  19. If you have excess fat on your body, you can lose it by ditching carbohydrates. But you can't lose fat on any specific part of your body -- like just on your waistline -- by doing exercises. It will firm the muscles up though.

Buttock mass is more genetic than anything. Exercising them will definitely firm them up, but will add little or nothing to the muscle mass.
