I have used amsterdammarijuna seeds. I ordered and my stuff came. I got ten seeds and all ten have sprouted. Everything has worked out fine. I just hope what I ordered is what I got. I had never herad of them and kinda ordered blind but things have worked out so far.
Heavens Stairway, Seedsdirect are two good sources. Look under the link directory here at the City and you'll find nothing but first class seed sources.
