I need to make a 3min short for film class about anything. Problem is I got no ideas. If any of you got good ideas post them. If I end up using it u will get +rep (no porn, or smoking related)

how about a simpsons classic "man hit in nuts with football". Or maybe something really cool, I see your thing says true asian, why not something of your heritage. Try showing some wicked martial arts, with some decent music. Or if your the artful type, something in a cherry blossom field. Possibly go Hero and go martial arts in a cherryblossom field.
That would be great, but there are no cherry blossom fields in NYC Martial arts are always fun, just got to find ppl who can do them well so ideas I like so far Stick man Hero/Asian theme
You should just find 1 or 2 second clips of the most fucked up shit you can find and mash them all together. Kind of like the video from "The Ring." You might fail the class, but it would be totally worth it to see everyones reaction
make it like a thing where there's a hidden message. i did a cartoon for art class about some kids that went to a park and rode a marry-go-round (not a big one but one of the smaller ones that you hold on to a bar and someone spins you around) and they all went on and ended up being hella dizzy and walked around their neightborhood looking like idiots (since i couldn't do anything drug related, i had to be creative and sneaky). anyways i got a 100% on it. just thought you might want to use it.

"Hey man, are you sure these are organic?" "yeah man, primo organic samurai carrots" "I thought samurai carrots were red?" "Hey look man, do you want em or not... you cant expect the same quality controls as in a regulated market" n so on.
I would call it "Beachball". It would be full of potent imagery and deep mystical messages, but basically runs like this... Somone buys a beachball, or just picks it up to buy it, and then drops it. Oops! Then we follow the beachball as it bounces off down the hill, being chased by our hero. Our hero could be a child or an adult, depending on what you want to convey. The beachball passes and creates many scenes; there's a wide-open scope here; it could cause calamity, inspire art, bring people together, cause "accidents", all these things; whatever you like. Eventually, it bounces off, and rolls onto a beach. Then it could sail off to sea with our hero standing at the water's edge in the sunset, or bring our hero to some cosmic meeting, a girl, or whatever. The ending is all yours! There could even be another beachball waiting! -mu ps. closing credits must include "concept by Mr. Underperson". jk
Make a bomb (so many easy ways, check totse.org i think it is) video it blowing up and slow it down so it takes up 3 minutes. Fire and explosions are so cool in slow motion. Thats if you want to do something fun. If you want a good grade, I like the hidden message or beach ball idea. Or you could do a 3 minute video proving wrong the common anti-weed propaganda thats out there.
I remember making a vid for a class one day where I did it on Marijuana. I put the song White Rabbit playing, and I had pics come up that matched the song at the right time with the words. It was pretty sweet. How about a day in the life of a homless person? XD. But if it could be drug related - why not do it on the negative/positive affects of Marijuana on somebody's life?
