  1. Now, this is a story all about how
My life got flipped upside down
And I'd like to take a minute
    Just sit right there
And tell you about how I need help with this.. lol
\nSo I am a senior in highschool, longstory short I was caught (in a bs way) and my parents got all pissed. Now I am tested more or less every two weeks (its random). But ever since I stopped smoking, I have more or less been sick and my grades have shot down. Most of my friends smoke too, so now I am seeing them less/or am the sober guy around a bunch of people who are ripped. If I fail a test, my parents are going to sell my car.
\nMy parents are pretty against ganja and I am pretty sure they have not ever smoked it, so they don't truly understand it as anything else but a drug.
\nWhat I am wondering is if their is almost an angle that I can argue to my parents to convince them to let me smoke. I know it is a long shot, but desperate times..
    \nThanks,
    Jake

  2. I managed to convince my parents to let me smoke after 7 long years of negotiating, they don't seem to be as bothered as much anymore and I even managed to convince them to let me toke up in my back shed as long as its not frequent or when there in the house. They threatened to kick me out and did a few times for like a week at which point I stayed around another relatives house.

Anyways, Im now actually perma quitting and don't intend to smoke again until I manage to get a house of my own. It might even be worth you doing the same to avoid any heart ache on yours and your parents side, just tell yourself your not going to smoke until you have your own plant/house and will never pay for something that grows out of the ground anyways. Been about 1month since i stopped going strong. As for socializing, I would just find some friends that prefer drinking.

  3. Yeah.. that is probably going to be the solution.

  4. Get a job and buy your own car.  I've been independent since I was 14.  Bought all my own shit.  Left when I was 18.  In this lifestyle I never had to worry about crap getting taken away.
