Update About Advertising on Grasscity Important: A New Chapter for Grasscity

Need some help

    Ok, I have my seeds (rags) in a wet towel. They are starting to sprout. Questions:
    How long should they stay in the rag? Or till what state?
    What are the next steps?
    How long should it take?
    What type of lighting (cheap) [Im only 16 and Im tryin to grow in my closet with out my folks knowing]
    Is there anyway I can hide the oder so my folks wont smell it and does nuertralizing the scent affect the weed?

    Don't grow in your parents house and don't you need to be 18 to access the forum?

    Honestly, Pot stinks when you grow and unless you can build something or your parents keep a wide distance from your room. I wouldn't grow around your folks, thats a good way to end up in military school.

    If you have sprouts you can let them get to an inch or two before planting them in regular soil. with the sprout facing down, just below the surface of the dirt.
    I would suggest an out door grow for you. But it's probably the wrong tiome of year, wherever you are.

    Lights arn't cheap, but you can pick up a bunch of CFL's or fluro's pretty cheap, Are you planning on growing in a pre-made box or a closet????

    My first grow was a 1 sprout with my desk lamp over it behind my curtin..(This was a useless set-up that did nothing but keep me awake becasue the dam light was always on) i've come along way from that, and some good advice is to understand what you are doing before you "give-it-a-go", you can waste alot of money on giving things a go.
