Need some help with the harvest/drying phase

  1. Hey All,

I'm about to experience my first harvest with my outdoor buds and I have a few questions.

I've decided I'm going to hang them in a grow tent so I can best control the environment. I've got a humidifier and dehumidifier, fan, and can add heat/cool down if necessary.

    My questions are as follows:

    1) Should I use a carbon air filter in my grow tent when harvesting?
    2) Should I allow for them to dry in complete darkness? If not, what light hours should I use?

    Thanks!

  3. They will smell.
    Always as dark as possible.

  4. Congratulations on your first harvest!
    I agree with @Kronik352 100%
Use a carbon filter if you don't want to smell it.
Dark is going to be better for them from here on out, doesn't have to be completely dark but light can degrade the cannabinoids including your thc

  5. Thanks everyone! I'll 100% use a filter and my grow tent will be naturally dark.

  6. 777 is the ideal dry. 7 days at 70 degrees and 70% humidity.

    How I dry.
