Hey what's up guys. I need some advice on this one I was working on fixing my mylar doing some re-adjusting & I noticed on one plant a lower branch/bud site that was bent/broken I don't know if I did it while I was fixing the mylar or what but after I was done and turned around I noticed it either I did it which I think I might have or it bent over itself due to weight So I'm wondering what I should do?? Should I cut it off? Or should I let it be or should I try and stake it up? Damn this sucks well if anyone wants to give me there opinions on what I should do I'd greatly appreciate it other then that everything seems to be fine. Here are 2 pics below so you can see what I mean it's not severely broken but bent pretty good. Thanks in advance guys!
Just support it and let nature take its course, I broke a few different branches, I just wrapped them with a bandaid and let them go and they were fine. Hope this helps!
Its no big deal ! You can try to tie it up, or just leave it alone , there will be a knuckle there, and you might notice a change in growth in that area, but it should keep on going without really missing a beat !
Thank you, yeah I was just thinking of trying to support it with a stake or something & then if it ends up getting worse cutting it last resort. Hopefully it heals, I freaked out when I did it and then pissed off mode set in lol. Hopefully it recovers :/ thanks again brotha.
lol, thanks Russy yeah I just freaked that's all never broke a branch before I'll try staking it or tying it up and seee if it recovers thanks for the reply appreciate it.
If you do a lot of LST (low stress training) you break branches here and there.. and Ive never had any problems , and some have been total kinks in the stem ! good luck with your grow !
yea man you're fine... mj's a resilient plant... if it's lacking light then tie it up for a few days till it heals
