Need Some Help after a long T Break

  1. I used to smoke on a regular basis for about 3 years and about 1 year everyday until one day I tripped really hard and had couch lock after having a few too many hoots. And ever since that night I was getting really paranoid and like nervous before I would smoke and after of course. So I ended up stopping for about a year and a half.
    I have smoked a handful of times over this time period but not like I used to.

    I want to get back to normal and just chill like I always did, plus Harold & Kumar 3 is comin out soon and I want to be blazed when I watch it. Is there any advice that will help me get rid of this nonsense?

    Anyways any help or tips would be great.
     
  2. Well iv never had this happen to me but i did some research and people are saying to start with joints then move up when your comfortable, also its mostly mental you trip out like that because your thinking about it hope this helps.
     
  3. Sounds like you smoked a bit to much, personally bro I'd avoid bongs all together, smoke a pipe or a nice J.

  5. Some people trip out cause you haven't had enough to eat before you smoke, i.e. low blood sugar. So about 30 minutes prior to smoking eat a medium sized meal that should fill you up. Next, don't smoke so much. Especially cause you haven't smoked for so long, it won't take much to get you high. So just go pick up a fat tenner, roll a nice j, listen to some good music, and relax. Nothin to it man, good luck!
     
  6. You're making it worse by over thinking and you have made big deal out of it by having a break, if you ate too much food and make yourself ill would you worry before eating and then not eat for a year and a half?
