    i can't really help you with the recipe, but i know its posted on this site as i used it last night, but yea you do need buttor or something with oils in it (perhaps cooking oil tho i don't know how much) and yea simmering would prolly be the best way to go as it yields more thc

    i just saw a method on youtube.

    - i madea custom tea bag with herb and a bit of tea in there too. added a table spooon of butter and it seems to be working.
