Attitude or the vault have both been great for me. Even living in a legal state I still prefer to just order seeds online. There is a much better selection, and some of the breeders have been in business for decades.
I live in Australia so I found a seed bank on home soil to avoid customs. I can't believe how long I played luckydip with bagseeds.
