    Will I be clean after 40 days of not smoking? Heavy user, skinny, fast metabolism. I need honest answers. Only 145 lbs, 6FT. Pretty active.

    4 litres of water a day and 1 hour of sauna and you'll be able to pass the test

    I clean my self in 3 weeks running and drinking a lot of water. don't drink shit beverage do the water challenge for 21 days. there are some plant that are very good for detox like aloe vera. cranberrys, lemon juice.. need to be 100% pure no sugars. sugars slow metabolism and will take longer for detox

    40 days? Of course! Make sure to have consumed alot of beverages when u go to take the test. But not too much, u dont want your PH levels to sky rocket, that will result in a returnal. But normal u should be able to get clean in 40days if u stay away from cannabis. Even passive smoking. If they take your hair, you are fucked. Unless u take a full body wax when you are clean. I had all the possible tests (hair, blood, urine, mounthfluid) hair shows everything you used in the time the hair grew. Hair is ur timeline. Blood could still show remains after 2 months since thc is stored in fat and releases small bits in ur blood when ur burning fat. Urine approx 3-4 weeks if was a heavy user. Occasional users will show 2 weeks. On the mounthfluid, its 18 hours visible

    Damn, i will be getting blood work as part of the physical. Hopefully I will still be clean. Is there anything I can do to make sure of it? I was under the impression it left the blood faster than urine?

    I don’t think they will actually be testing my blood for THC though, just normal blood work doctors perform to make sure I have no underlying issues. The urinalysis and blood work are part of a pension/retirement plan that ultimately determines if I can be hired or not. I believe as long as I’m under the 50ng/mL threshold and have no weird stuff going on with my blood work will be fine. I just ordered 20ng/mL test kits and I’ve taken 2, I have very faint lines indicating that I’m passing. I have a very fast metabolism, and still about 30-40 days before I test. I think I can stop worrying, but I will continue to tear myself until the day of the physical.

    40 days go fast, i had to quit for 90 days. Was hell
