    Good sir, while you have offered sound advice, I would like to remind you that the DEA is the best place to go with this matter, as they are quite adept at all sorts of drug dealing.

    Ah, that is true. I just figure the local police is probably closer than the nearest DEA substation.

    True that. Maybe he should be extra safe and ask the police to bring the DEA in on it, form a coalition to help him in his dastardly deeds.

    OP talking about dealing is against forum rules. No one on here is going to teach you how to deal because they don't want to waste their time, and because you need to be taught in person. Theres just some stuff that cant be said, it has to be shown. Just have a friend show you the ropes IN PERSON, thats how all of us ex dealers or dealers got our start
