Metal halide and hps work well to raise temps, led just doesnt get warm. My closet is 60f with furnace on. Hps on 50% gets me 70f.
I use a small electric heater, set it to a certain temp for it to turn on when it starts to get cooler and you’re good. Just make sure it’s not blowing directly on any plants.
Might work, id start on the lowest setting, also is it forced air or convection. I tried with a forced air heater and it had em sweating. I knew i needed more light than my shitty leds would give me so i got a 1000w hps of craiglist for 60 bucks. Only thing that sucks is i cant crank it up to eleven without heat stress, oh well, better than nothing.
VIVOHOME 1200W 3 Modes Portable Ceramic Space Heater Fan with Thermostat and Auto Oscillating, 70-inch Long Power Cord for Indoor Use, Black
Unless you have high humidity always, anything that blows hot air will dry out the girls, I just got two mini oil-filled heaters at Ace hardware for twenty bucks a piece, I love them, just set it and forget it, steady even heat that's also safe
Okay , So as for now , I am gonna install 3 hps lamps , 70 w each, to see how it manages temperature, Thanks everyone for reply, I will update later when I install and let's see what happens.
