Ummmm...the hydro system doesn't come with buds.

You use the hydro system to grow your plants, and you induce flowering with light cycle and color temp changes. When the plant flowers, voila, there are your buds.

Are you sure you're in the right place?

Read the sticky's. Do some research with google.


How could you expect your hydo system to come with weed?

You gotta get some seeds or clones and grow your own.

Imagine I said "hey man I bought a microwave but it didn't come with any pizza pockets".
unless maybe you meant bulbs and not buds in which case, buy some lights

By "started the flowering stage," hopefully you meant:

- Flushed
- Switched light color spectrum to about 2700k (and presuming you have enough light)
- Switched to a lighting cycle with at least 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness
- Switched your nutes to one much lower in N and higher in P, possibly also higher in K

If you did all of the above then no worries, the buds should show up very soon indeed.

 

-flushing is good to wash away any build up on the roots or in the soil. You do this with pH controlled water and nothing else. Some companies have "rinses" or "flushes" designed specifically for this.
-Changing the nutes refers to changing the nutes from the type that promote and encourage vegging, to the ones that offer your plant the materials it needs to flower. Vegging uses nutes higher in N, than P and K. Flowering needs more P, than N and K.

 

an aeroponics setup is just one of many ways of growing weed, and it doesnt matter what type of medium you use, you will always get buds from your (female) plants if you give them the right environment, some mediums produce better results than others though.
