  1. today bought a 200 watt (uses 58 w) curcular fluorescent [IMG] and when i pluged it in, it just flickers... does that mean the adapter i have doesnt have enough energy, they both say 120 volt, which is the amount of electricity, but the adapter says use only with 22 watt bulbs, its uses 58 watt bulb...

  3. you can just use common sense in this situation. the adapter says to use bulbs that are 22w or less. you are using a bulb that is 53w. it doesn't take a genius...

  4. right well you obviously have never done any electrical work. you can use a 22 watt adapter on a 53 watt bulb, its just a fire hazard, and since my grow room is fire proof that doesnt bother me. it turns out the light actually had a blown fuse. so you know what, you can lick my salty roasted walnuts

  5. That's real nice.

You are the one who started off questioning the match of the adapter and the bulb, now suddenly you're Mr. Sparky with an attitude. Chill out, and park the attitude at the door.

BTW, if you are operating a fire hazard electically it's not just in your grow room where the hazard exists, how about all along the line up to and including the circuit box.

  6. SPOOL DOWN there turbo  ......don't ask a ???? then git' nasty about it .....if there is a problem with yer' "Walnuts" don't bring them to "The City".......
