  4. Failure to use the search. :p

  5. bowls > blunts

for newer stoners, anyways. it's easier to just pull out a pipe and pack it than have to roll a blunt. i've tried many times and still can't do it for shit, so i eventually gave up and bought a nice pipe :smoking:

edit: pipes save you money in the long run, too. one cigarillo = about $2. so 15 blunts = $30 = 1 fairly nice pipe. after you smoke 15 times out of the pipe it just paid for itself

  6. I don't have a good video, but...

A lot of people have trouble rolling blunts. I never have for whatever reason. I could definitely roll a solid blunt before I could roll a decent joint.

Cigarillo paper is a lot more forgiving and durable than rolling papers in general.

Anyway, rolling blunts and joints are similar, but different if that makes sense. Experience in one will make the other easier.

Here is a solid method for a beginner.

    * Get as close to a fresh blunt as possible. There are varying opinions on brands, but the two I reccomend are Philies Blunt and Swisher Sweet in that order.

    1. Use your tongue to moisten a strip running up and down the cigarillo. Split the blunt. I use a thumb nail. Some people use two thumbs. Others use a razor or non-serrated knife. The knife is probably your best bet, but make sure you don't get the blunt too wet or it will fuck up the cut. This doesn't have to be perfect, but should be a relatively straight line.

    2. Empty out the tobacco guts, I prefer to leave the inner leaf. It makes rolling easier, and the nicotine adds to the high for me.

    3. Make sure the weed is broken up well. No stems, no sharp chunks. However, it should not be a powder or dust consistency. A grinder is the best tool for this, though it isn't hard to get it right by hands. The main idea is you want it broken down to chunks slightly larger than a small BB.

    4. Pour the ground weed into the blunt. For a starter, don't get too ambitious with how much weed you try to put in there. A little more than a thick joints worth should do. About 1 - 1.5 grams. I find it easier to have a little more weed in the middle, and work it out towards the ends later.

    5. Much like you would with a joint, use your thumbs to work the paper and weed out evenly. You almost want the weed to form a vague shape of a blunt, kind of sticking together.

    6. Get a hard surface, and with the weed worked towards the bottom of the blunt, use your thumbs to make a fold that barely covers the weed. Then, while securing the blunt against the hard surface, firmly roll over that fold, increasing pressure as you go. You may have to unroll back to the fold and repeat. When you feel like you've got a good, tight roll, leave a 1/4" - 1/6" excess of paper. Then gently, and moistly tongue fuck the inner edge of that excess, and against the paper it will seal over

    7. Using the same hard surface, finish the roll. Lick over the seal on the outer blunt, and then use a bic lighter to bake it shut. Just wave the lighter over the seal for 10-15sec.

    8. If the blunt is loose at all, or uneven, don't fret. twist the ends shut, and on one of the ends, hold i between your thumb and index finger. Then, gently shake it which will force the weed down the blunt into a more even, tighter shape.

    9. When satisfied, bite off the excess paper on the ends. Light, and enjoy.

  9. Relax your fingers, spread out some broken up weed and twist the goodness up!
