a week ago i planted three seeds and now they have sprouted and inch a half off the ground how much longer till they will start budding
First off, welcome to GC! Second, you may do well to read the sticky threads at the top of this forum to get some of the basics under your belt. However, to get you started, the plant will start to flower when it's has reached sexual maturity and is exposed to fewer hours of light and more hours of darkness. Outdoors this is triggered by the shorter days of the Fall, hence the importance of planting no later than May or June generally speaking. Indoors this can be easily triggered by changing the light cycle from 18 hrs on/6 hours off to 12 on/12 off. The time frame to get to the point to trigger flowering when indoors is generally 30-45 days. When outdoors, Mother Nature is calling the shots, unless of course you want to bring your outdoor plants in, but for most this is impractical.
