need help with my grow

    Hey this is my first grow. I have my seeds under 2, 90watt plant lights I Didnt germ my seeds and it's been about a week now and none of the sproted yet what am I doing wrong

    Take some pictures. What's the temperature of your room? How often do you water them? What's the ph? We need a lot more information.

    Also, what are the seeds? if you even know.

    If its random seeds from bags, its going to be really hit or miss. You never know how viable they are in the first place.

    Now, if theyre legit good seeds, then I'd say your methods may need some tweaking.

    You say you have them under 2 90w lights. Assuming they are CFL lights? What kind of medium to you have the seeds in? Rock wool? Rapid Rooter? Soil? Coco?

    Make sure you don't over water a lot of people tend to do that and drown the seed so roots can't grasp onto anything
