http://www.grasscity.com/us_en/blaz...ee-perc-straight-cylinder-ice-bong-black.html So I've had my bong for like a month or two now, I love it. But I never really messed with anything that looked like it shouldn't be messed with. So anyways I have two questions.. What is a beaker base? And what is the plugged hole on my bong. here is there picture of the bong, the hole is on the side for theirs, but for mine its in the middle of the bong right above the bowl. Do I remove whatever is plugging the hole?
Also to add, when I smoke on my bong with friends, we usually just remove the keck, and just pull the bowl, rather then having the keck on and pulling the bowl with the downstem, is that fine?
A beaker base is conish base that contains more water and provides extra stability, but normally it has a bit more drag. The hole on the side of your bong is a carb hole. When you hit your bong you should cover the hole up while you milk it and uncover it to clear it, instead of pulling the slide.
The keck hooks the downstem to the bong joint, not the bowl to the downstem. Its to keep the downstem in place when you pull the slide.
