Ok I have a 4 x 4 x 7 tent with a humidifier in it. No plants yet but will be putting seedlings in soon. When I have the inline fan on which is a 440 cfm the humidity doesn't go over 38% but when its off the humidity is 70-75% maybe a little higher. I need to be able to keep the humidity around at least 50 or 60 with fan on should I just get a speed controller and set it on half speed. Would the fan move enough air on half speed out of the tent?
30%-50% humidity is fine. Do a few dry runs with everything on to get an idea of your temps and humidity. At 38% humdity your good in my opinion.
