Plants grow best under sunlight, which has all colors of the spectrum. So in my opinion the closer you can get to the suns rays the better your result. I like to mix it up
Hello lads, first post and all. So would it be safe to say that if someone were to use 3 6500k and 3 2700 bulbs, they would be providing a full spectrum of light (or as full as you can get with CFLs)? Ive seen a few PC grows (online journals) using 2700k veg/flower that had good results.
I use i mix with an emphasis on what stage. So for veg 4 65 and 2 2700. and reverse for flower. Mine seem to look just fine. But im sure 3 and 3 would work as good.
