Need Help - Water, Butter, & Chocolate Mixed

    Ok, so the other night I was making brownies from scratch using fine herb. I do it the way in which you let the herb soak into the butter in a mason jar in a pot. Then I let the semisweet chocolate melt in a glass that is sitting in another pot with hot water. After this, I add the butter to it. However, turned out this time the chocolate glass wasn't really glass. It broke and sent the butter and chocolate into water surrounding it.

    I tried putting the water/butter/chocolate mix into a tupperware and refrigerating it in hopes of the stuff separating into layers. However, it hasn't.

    Any ideas about getting water out of this mix?
