Need help setting up fluorescents!!!

    OK, im quite new to growing marijuana but I am a long time smoker and have been very interested in growing but I am on a low budget. I was thinking about gettting this fluorescent troffer here: Metalux at Lowe's: 49-7/8" Utility Fluorescent Troffer
    I've measured my grow area and this will fit, but what else will i need besides the bulbs? Also, can i use a higher wattage bulbs than the ones asked for?
    Any help would be much appreciated

    P.S.- What type of bulbs will i need to buy?
