need help, research paper on MedMJ

    ok i'm doing a research paper on the issues of medical marijuana, and why it shoudl be leagalized. I need three very solid reasons. I have chosen these,

    Medicinal value
    safer yet effective
    decriminalsation(it will save alot of money from less prosecution etc.)

    i'd like some input from the ppl who no mj the best in this area, and i think i should have good reasons, from teh ppl wh o it matters to, also any credible resoucees greatly appreciated.
