   i have 4 fluorescent bulbs they are 23 watts=100 watts i have 3 sprouts and i have 1 fluro over each of them about 5 inches away just wondering if this is sufficient enough or the more the better or what

   put the fluoro's like 1-2 inch away.....5 seems far for fluoros
