in the past i have always used floresent tubes i switched to cfls today and they got really hot pretty quick, r they supposed to get hot like this?
the plastic base of the cfl and the tube might get hot, really hot, but as long as the air around the light isnt too hot you shouldnt worry. fans are a great help too. socki
yea its the tube that is hot, the air around it is fine and i'm gonna go pick up a fan soon. thanks for the help
