Need Help Leaves Blackening And Curling

    Hey guys.
     
    The last few days or so I have noticed the leaves on my plant starting to blacken.
    Have done some research and found that it can be caused by a phosphorus deficiency/ lock out, or by humidity being too high. 
    Last few days humidity has been 65% - 75% in the cupboard, temps around 20c - 28c.
    Last water runoff test came up with about a 6.5 - 7 ph level.
     
    Blub is CFL 130w with 2700k flowering bulb.
     
    Any ideas why this is happening? Any details i've left out, please do ask.

    What kind of nutes are you using? Also sound like humidity is real high. If the black gets worse or hits the whole leafs, i'd start trimming to save your plant. And 20c-28c is like 80* right?

    how close is your bulb to the plant?
