(sorry if this is the wrong place to post) I was recently detained, arrested and bailed out due to a warrant I had no Idea i had. the warrant was for a raid on a shop i managed and my home grow. this was in 2011. I was not arrested at the time of the raid in fact i wasnt even given a citation, just a simple invertory sheet of what they took. So I continued my life, out of the game, seven years later I find out charges were filed almost 2 years after the raid. I dont know how the law changes will affect this case but I think these charges are felony sales, cultivation and transportation. Im scared, I believe in cannabis, I support all things cannabis but this is scaring me. Can anyone give any advice, have a simiiliar story, anything... my arraignment is next wedneday already...
What level of Court is it? It would seem that the new laws and the ability to clear ones records, would make this strange. :Smoke:
