need help finding a doctor in the boulder/denver area

  1. Hi i am looking for a compassionate doctor that does not require previous medical records. I also was wondering about using a piece of mail as one of two proofs of residency for if you dont have a colorado sate drivers lisence. What kind of mail does it have to be it says a phone bill or ect. on the colorado public health site. The bills for my house are in my roomates name which is why i was wondering. Anyone who has expierience with the subjuect please leave me some feedback.
