Hey guys/gals, I'm new to bong buying and I was just wondering what the best glass on glass bong there is that's $250 or less. I'd rather get like a foot bong and a shit ton of perks than a really big bong. Thanks for you help!

I thing his base single is still$ 250.
At that price range and height you aren't going to get many percs. I would check out maybe a single showerhead or showercap.
