i was wonderin what type of flours i should use 4 veg. growth, i know there is cool white and some other knids of flours, but which is the best one?
hippie john (and a few others who know their shit) have advised me to use cool and warm bulbs (even mix). i am doing that with three plants and have no problems so far. hope it helps.
I don't think it would be problematic to use the "soft white" and "daylight" color CFL's or tubes as long as you're using a balanced mix of the two with the highest wattage/lumens ratings you can find. These may be the only alternative to the "cool whites" and "warm whites" if you can't find them at your local stores. I've got pretty much all of the above going and they do just fine.
