so ive recently made the switch from soil to coco... i got "black gold" as my base with some perlite, and am using foxfarm big bloom growbig and tigerbloom. my two plants look horrible  i feel bad. Ive only watered with water for the last week n a half now n still sick looking. what should i do?

think i didnt use enough perlite? cause the 3rd plant in the back seems to be doing fine

  2. It just looks like overwating. Wait another day between watering and see if they perk back up.

n will do .. i feel like theres not enough perlite honestly but what do i know

  5. u wanna start at like 1/8 strength the charts say when u use foxfarms..

currently in coco with fox farms.. only give them low cal/mag feedings till about 2-3 weeks old

  6. oh yea and def overwatered and over fertilized if u fed them a week n a half ago..too young for fertz

  7. Swishers is right just make sure you do feed them enough they aren't getting any nutrition out of the coco

  8. ok will do gana do a feeding today
coco isnt easy the chick at the garden store lied! lol

  9. Coco is really not that hard. What kind of the FF trio are you using, soil or hydroponic? Because coco coir is technically hydroponics (soil-less medium). Also, FF nutes are not very beginner friendly, they are very concentrated and they need to be pH balanced pretty drastically. Especially tiger bloom, which I believe is stored at like 4.1 pH or something crazy low like that.

What is the pH and ppm of the nutrients you have been feeding? I have a feeling this is where you are having issues.
