Ok here is the deal. Just moved to a new apartment and this one is much more suited for me to grow on a larger scale. Few details on the apartment. It is in a coverted basement(stays very cool even in the summer) the closet this grow is going to be located in is in a closet in the back of the apartment. The room has no windows. I will be able to vent the heat from the grow out of the ceiling and into a crawlspace between the foundation and the wall of the closet. The closet is 5x2x5(LxWxH) so roughly 50 sqft. I am looking at the Growbright 4" inline carbon filter combo(170 cfm) to exhaust and deal with smell and I will be running a 400w HPS for flower and use CFL for veg in a seperate area in the apartment. Do you think that fan will have enough grunt to work as an exhaust and keep the closet cool enough? Just want to make sure the fan is going to be big enough before I go out and buy everything today or tomorrow.
