Need help choosing a 600W digital set-up!

I'm currently looking through this sellers (http://stores.ebay.ca/Hobby-Lights-Oneshop/_i.html?_fsub=2690553018v) items for a set-up that includes:

600W Digital Ballast
600W HPS bulb

And a reflector and air-cooled tube wouldn't hurt if it's a deal.

There's so many listings I'm overwhelmed.

Any input?

 

My only concern with that is after shipping all the way to Canada, it probably won't be worth it.
