need help asap

    Just been watered my plants and wen the drip tray filled abit ive seen these little white worm things I've cleaned my tray n that but still there any help

    Could be fungus gnat larvae. Are they short-bodied with black heads?

    Ive not seen no black heads on them but not got magnifying glass they just look pure white
