Need Help ASAP plz

ok Iv never grown before so when I took a hand full of seeds I dumped them into a cup of water the ones that fell over night I planted that means I planted a seed, lol anyways ... so I have this one seed so I go to my garage and find some good soil .. so I took the pot full of soil and watered it to the point where it was soaking as I heard somewhere to much fert can kill a plant so hopefully that helped .. so then after its semi wet I stuck my thumb about a half inch down and planted the seed droped some water on it and I then covered it with some wrap to keep the moisture in ... so anyways I let it grow for awhile and when I checked on it it grew to the point where it couldnt grow taller cause the wrap was in its way so I quickly took the wrap off but now its bent so I put a thin long stick beside it and tied it very loosly but now im wooried that it wont grow properly, iv included some pics any info as to if I ruined it would be helpfull or any tips, ect ...
