Need clarification on auto grow timing

    When growing Auto grow marijuana and it says 7 to 9 weeks flower time does that mean 7 to 9 weeks from seed to harvest or does that mean 7 to 9 weeks wants to plant starts to flower

    Once the plant starts to flower....sorry phone can't hear correctly
