A little over a year and a half ago I had quit smoking cigarettes for a period of 9 months, give or take a few days. Although my first quit wasn't that successful in the long term, Im determined to change that this time around. Not long ago, I quit again (Feb. 14 to be exact) but this time around I've been getting ripped pretty much on a daily basis. I know that it's not the best thing to be doing, but it helps me cope. The problem is that I'm growing concerned about the the health of my lungs since all that I've been doing since I quit smoking is smoking. I just feel like my lungs haven't had time to recover, time for a tolerance break?
