It's a sealed system...just like a car radiator...so no, it won't add humidity... Not too sure about that particular one, just pulled it up for an example, but I think that's just the heat exchanger, you'll need some sort of water chiller and a pump to go with it... Not the cheapest of systems, but highly effective...
