need advice on 215/420 docs in so. cal L.A area

    already have o.c doc but I would feel alot better if I or my wife could have acard to carry insted of a soon to be beat up peice of paper that I can bairly read let alone a cop why doesnt O.C. issue cards I hear L.A,RIVERSIDE does I could really use a new doc in L.A co.or advise period.
