Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. I just cut down my first ever indica plant this past Saturday. I did everything but the book, and I used my old setup (2x2x4 grow tent) with everything, fan, temp/humidity gauge, fan in, in-line filter out. So, Saturday, Sunday all good. Monday I checked my buds, and the outsides were dry, but the middles were still sticky and somewhat ok. My problem was obviously the humidifier, because I didn't have one. Today I bought a humidifier and I checked my numbers and I had 70 degrees and 23% humidity. I added the humidifier and waited half hour, the humidity shot up to 40%. I read that I was supposed to be between 40% and 50% for it to dry properly . So, today is 4 days in the dark tent, and the branches are still bending without snapping. Will I be able to save the buds? Is it too late? Or Will I have shitty dried up buds? Please let me know what you all think. Thanks Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Following. Getting ready to do my first harvest. I always thought the rule was 777. 7days 70degrees 70%humidity. But agin I’ve never done this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
23% humidity in a dry room is devastating to the buds.....IMO. I "like" the 777 rule as described above......and I don't follow it exactly. It more like....around 70 degrees and around 70 humidity
